The California label RVCA has been on the street fashion market since 2000. The name comes from the Greek "RUCA", in the traditional Roman transcription "RVCA", meaning "clothing". RVCA is not just a manufacturer of outfits.
In their activities they try to cooperate with a large number of creators, not only to collaborate but also to get closer together to create a diverse group of creative artists whose RVCA label outfits will always be as original as possible. The RVCA has emerged from the Surf and Skateboard community, and maintains close relationships with it until now and tries to support it. The artists' initiative has created the Artists Network Program (ANP), an unofficial association of athletes, artists and creators who work together with the RVCA label. It is these young and largely unknown artists who try to provide RVCA with background because its creators believe that creative people just do not bloom, paint pictures, do not fancies, do not play instruments, etc., but share their inner feelings and emotions with the world, giving their thoughts. Clear individuality, this is the ideal of the RVCA brand.
