  • How can I return the goods and where to?

    You can return unworn goods to us within 30 days.

    A. In person at our stores.
    You do not need to fill in the online return form. Just prepare your order number. We will deal with everything else with you on the spot.

    B. By sending it to our central warehouse in Teplice

    • For a simpler and faster return process, please fill out our short online return form. 
    • Click on the online return form and log in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account with us, please enter the order number you are returning and the email address from which you created the order.
    • Select which products you want to return and why. 
    • Check your contact details.
    • Select your preferred method of return.
    • Submit the online form.
    • Be sure to include your request number with your package (you can write it on the box or attach it to a piece of paper), which will be displayed after you submit the form and can also be found in the confirmation email you receive after submitting the online form.
    • Please send the item you wish to return unworn with all tags attached. The goods must be packed in their original packaging, which must not be damaged (this applies to shoes, for example by taping them over)
    • Once the parcel has arrived we will check it and send you a confirmation email.

    You can send the goods to our central warehouse in 2 ways:
     
    1. Send as a registered parcel to Stanová 1182/2, Teplice, 41501, Czech Republic. Before you send the parcel, please make sure to fill in our online return form. Don't forget to include your request number (you can write it on the box or attach it on a piece of paper) and we will take care of everything. Any postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    2. Send with the help of Parcel ServiceYou can choose from more than 4400 branches across the country. There is no need to write the address on the box, the address label will be printed and stuck on by the delivery service. The price for return is only 50 CZK. Before you send the parcel, make sure you fill in our online return form. Don't forget to include your request number with your package (you can write it on the box or attach it to a piece of paper) and we'll take care of everything.
     
    How to do it?
    Simply take the parcel to any Parcel Service outlet, where you tell the operator that you wish to send the parcel to Freshlabels. You just need to provide our identification number - 95805676. The attendant will print a label and stick it on the box, you will receive a delivery confirmation where you will also find the tracking number. The price for the service is 50 CZK and the amount will be deducted from the value of the returned goods. 
     

  • Until when can I return my purchase?

    Because we want to offer you the best service, you can return the goods within an extended period of 30 days from the purchase of the goods.

    How to fill out our online return form?

    1. Click on the online return form and log in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account with us, enter the number of the order you are returning and the email address from which you created the order.

    7. Send the goods you want to return unworn together with all the tags. The goods must be packed in the original packaging, which must not be spoiled (applies to shoes, for example by adhesive tape ).
    8. Once the shipment arrives, we will review it and send you a confirmation email.

  • Who pays for the postage when returning the goods?

    The customer pays for the postage him/herself. In your our own interest, we recommend insuring the package in the amount of the price of the goods. This service should be offered to you at the post office when sending the package back.

  • How long will it take to get my money back to my bank account if I send the goods to the warehouse in Teplice?

    If the goods are sent to our warehouse in Teplice, your money will be returned within 14 days of the delivery of the parcel to us. However, this time is usually much shorter (in the order of days).

  • How long will it take to get my money back if I bring the goods to the store?

    At the store we will refund your money in cash or on the card according to the payment method you chose when purchasing the goods. When paying by card, it can take up to 5 business days to transfer the money back to your account.

  • When will I have my money back?

    At our stores, they will immediately refund your money using the same method that you paid for the goods. When paying by card, it takes up to 5 working days to rewrite the money. If the goods are sent by parcel to the warehouse in Teplice, your money will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the parcel. Usually, this time is much shorter (in the order of days).
