    How can I return the goods and where?

    You can return goods in three ways.

    1. In person at our stores.

    2. Send as a registered package to the address of our warehouse in Teplice (Stanová 1182/2, Teplice, 41501) together with this filled out form and we will take care of everything else. Any postage is paid by the customer him/herself. 

    3. Send with Zásilkovna together with this filled out form.
    You can choose from more than 3800 branches throughout the Czech Republic.
    There is no need to write the address on the box, the address label will be printed and pasted by the dispenser operator. The price for the return is only 50 CZK.
    How to do it?
    You simply take the package to any delivery point of the Zásilkovna, where you report to the staff that you wish to send the shipment to Freshlabels. All you have to do is provide our identification number - 95805676. The operator will print a label and stick it on the box, you will receive a confirmation of delivery. The price for the service is CZK 50 and we will deduct the amount from the value of the returned goods.

  • Until when can I return my purchase?

    Because we want to offer you the best service, you can return the goods within an extended period of 30 days from the purchase of the goods.

  • Where can I find the return / exchange form?

    The form that needs to be filled out and delivered in the case of sending the package back to the warehouse in Teplice can be found here. You can also find the form at the back side of your invoice that you received together with your ordered products.

  • Who pays for the postage when returning the goods?

    The customer pays for the postage him/herself. In your our own interest, we recommend insuring the package in the amount of the price of the goods. This service should be offered to you at the post office when sending the package back.

  • How long will it take to get my money back to my bank account if I send the goods to the warehouse in Teplice?

    If the goods are sent to our warehouse in Teplice, your money will be returned within 14 days of the delivery of the parcel to us. However, this time is usually much shorter (in the order of days).

  • How long will it take to get my money back if I bring the goods to the store?

    At the store we will refund your money in cash or on the card according to the payment method you chose when purchasing the goods. When paying by card, it can take up to 5 business days to transfer the money back to your account.

  • When will I have my money back?

    At our stores, they will immediately refund your money using the same method that you paid for the goods. When paying by card, it takes up to 5 working days to rewrite the money. If the goods are sent by parcel to the warehouse in Teplice, your money will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the parcel. Usually, this time is much shorter (in the order of days).
