• Until when can I return my purchase?

    Because we want to offer you the best service, you can return the goods within an extended period of 30 days from the purchase. If you decide to return any items after 14 days of purchase, you will receive a refund in a credit form.

  • How can I return the goods and where to?

    You can return unworn goods to us within 30 days. Postage is paid for by the customer.

    A. In person at our stores.
    You do not need to fill in the online return form. Just prepare your order number. We will deal with everything else with you on the spot.

    B. By sending it to our address.

    • For a simpler and faster return process, please fill out our short online return form. 
    • Click on the online return form and log in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account with us, please enter the order number you are returning and the email address from which you created the order.
    • Select which products you want to return and why. 
    • Check your contact details.
    • Select your preferred method of return.
    • Submit the online form.
    • Be sure to include your request number with your package (you can write it on the box or attach it to a piece of paper), which will be displayed after you submit the form and can also be found in the confirmation email you receive after submitting the online form.
    • Please send the item you wish to return unworn with all tags attached. The goods must be packed in their original packaging, which must not be damaged (this applies to shoes, for example by taping them over)
    • Once the parcel has arrived we will check it and send you a confirmation email.

    Send the goods to our address in the following way:

    Send as a registered parcel to Freshlabels - vratkyMilady Horákové 452/11, 170 00, Prague 7-Letná, Czech Republic. Before you send the parcel, please make sure to fill in our online return form. Don't forget to include your request number (you can write it on the box or attach it on a piece of paper) and we will take care of everything. Any postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Who pays for the postage when returning the goods?

    The customer pays for the postage him/herself. In your our own interest, we recommend insuring the package in the amount of the price of the goods. This service should be offered to you at the post office when sending the package back.

  • When will I have my money back?

    At our stores, they will immediately refund your money using the same method that you paid for the goods. When paying by card, it takes up to 5 working days to rewrite the money. If the goods are sent by parcel to the warehouse, your money will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the parcel. Usually, this time is much shorter (in the order of days).
